Know God, Know Love

“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”  Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’  This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’  All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Matthew 22:36‭-‬40

Until you do the first, you are incapable of doing the second well or right.

Until you love God, with everything, you cannot love your neighbour as well as you should because the Bible says God is love. How can you love when you know not what it is.

You can even say until you know God you are incapable of loving. Because God is love.

When you know God, you know love. When you have God, you have love. Therefore, knowing what love is and having that love, you can love others. You stop giving out counterfeit love or incomplete love. Your love becomes whole and full.

So I say, get to know God and fall in love with him.

It’s the only way you can fully love others.

1 Corinthians 13:4 hold the description of God. The definition of love some say but I say it is an emblem of how it one is when they know God and love God.

It’s the stamp of God on our lives.

We are in the season of resurrection, and revival. Let the love of God resurrect and revive anything stale or dead in your life.

The army of God needs to know the God they serve, love God and live in the light of God.

In the light, there is a total manifestation of the Spirit.

When your heart is overwhelmed by the love of God, you’ve built the runway for God to visit you.

And He is the God of great things, ask Noah.

He is the God of the impossible, ask Abraham.

And your life will never be the same.

Love is powerful because in it is locked the secret to eternal joy and happiness.

It is the secret to God.
